Account and Billing

Signing in

Vorn Voice uses email-based sign-in with no password. When you sign in:

1. Enter your email address.
2. Check your inbox for a six-digit code.
3. Enter the code in the app.

The app stores a session token locally. You stay signed in until the session expires (45 days) or you sign out manually.

Subscription

Vorn Voice is available with a 7-day free trial, then $6.99/month. Your subscription unlocks dictation on the desktop app.

To manage your subscription:

1. Open settings in the app or visit account.vorn.sh/account.
2. Click Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal.
3. From there you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel.

What happens if your subscription lapses

If your subscription expires or payment fails, the app will show a billing attention message. You can still open settings, but dictation will be locked until the subscription is restored.

Beta access

If you joined the open beta, you have 30 days of free access without needing a subscription. When the beta period ends, you can re-enroll or start a paid subscription. See Beta access for details.
