Settings Overview

Vorn Voice settings are organized into several sections. All changes save automatically.

Settings sections

• Audio tuning — Pre-roll, post-roll, speech cleanup mode, and low-latency capture.
• Dictionary — Replace specific words in transcripts automatically.
• Clipboard — Auto-paste behavior and clipboard restore.
• Appearance — Color themes for the settings window and overlay.

Other settings

These settings are found alongside the hotkey and model selection in the main settings panel:

• Auto-update — When enabled, Vorn Voice automatically downloads and installs updates. You can still check for updates manually when this is off.
• Pause media during dictation — Pauses music or podcasts while you are recording, then resumes playback after dictation completes.
