These Terms apply to the Vorn marketing site, the Vorn Voice macOS app, and the account pages connected to checkout, sign-in, and downloads.

By using the site or the product, you agree to these terms and to the billing and support flows used to deliver the service.

Vorn Voice is available as a one-time purchase for $6.99 (local transcription forever). Vorn Voice Pro is an optional monthly subscription at $6.99/month that adds cloud transcription (includes a 7-day free trial). The subscription renews monthly unless you cancel.

Stripe handles checkout, renewals, receipts, and billing changes. You are responsible for reviewing the details shown at checkout before completing a purchase or starting a subscription.

Vorn Voice uses email-based sign-in so the app can confirm whether your purchase or subscription is active. Use the same email across checkout and sign-in so the app can verify your access.

You are responsible for access to the email account you use with Vorn and for activity that happens through that account.

Do not misuse the site or product, try to interfere with its normal operation, or use Vorn in a way that breaks applicable law or harms other people.

Vorn may suspend or limit access if use is abusive, fraudulent, or clearly incompatible with keeping the service available to others.

Vorn is offered on an as-is basis. Features, pricing, availability, and download methods may change over time.

Vorn does not promise uninterrupted service, and temporary outages or third-party issues can affect checkout, account access, or downloads.
